Error E3 Pixma MP210 printer

Hello,

My Canon Pixma MP210 printer is displaying an E3 error. The ink cartridges are new, and there is no paper jam. I'm unable to scan or print. Has anyone encountered this issue before and knows how to resolve it?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

I found the solution to my problem which I think was related to the imaginary paper jam issue.
Under the hood and beneath the white part glued to the drive roller, there was a small piece of plastic, see photo:

(the piece of plastic was located at the level of the toothpick, sorry you can't see much)
I noticed that the white part was raised and I removed the piece of plastic with a toothpick, and now it works again!

In fact, it was all my fault! I had incorrectly placed the ink cartridges and put the paper in the bottom, like in my old HP!!! LOL Fortunately, my son came to see me, and in 5 minutes everything was resolved.
You must have understood that I’m not a technician at all, and you must be having a good laugh!

If I understand, you didn't have a "jam" problem like the other speakers. It was simply a
matter of positioning the paper in the right place.
However, for me (and certainly for others), there is indeed a problem. I see that GameSpirit has found
the solution - well spotted with the image. Too bad for me since my printer has gone for repair as I mentioned...
