I recently made a request to Free (by signing up on their website) in order to obtain a Free Access to benefit from the 10 GB of web hosting they offer.
Today, I received an email saying:

Is there something that requires payment? Because when I reviewed the contract, it seemed to me that only the connection with the low-speed connection they provided would be chargeable (which I haven’t used)
Did I misunderstand? What does this email mean? Is it chargeable to access the management interface (on the Free website)?

Free never sends this kind of message.
