Hello,

Can someone help me out of this headache?

My Freebox line has been restricted since yesterday, and the box displays a message indicating an unpaid bill.

I have no TV, no internet connection, and no redirect page for paying my bill is opening. This is supposed to be the procedure according to Free, if I understood correctly. As for my mobile, I don't know if it's buggy or if it's cut off.

I contacted customer service at 3244, which is the only number I tried.

I have:

- My landline number
- A password for my customer area

No identifiers. They are essential for accessing a service. I request the automatic sending, still at 1034, to my mobile number.

Horror, while I was managing the best I could with a friend connected to a free network, I noticed that the contact number registered in my subscriber area is not mine, probably an old thing.

And it is impossible to change it without being previously connected to MY Free network. Which, as mentioned earlier, is not the case.

The 1034 mentions an 8-digit code on the box and a 4-digit personal code... No trace, apparently.

Can someone give me the number of a customer service whose voicemail would be less rigid? It's impossible to reach someone, and I can't get out of: "The only way to obtain identifiers to reconnect to the Internet is to connect to the Internet to change the wrong phone number recorded."

Oh, and one detail, my bill has been paid since January 8th. Therefore, I shouldn't have to go through all these steps.

HELP! :')

Hi,

Thank you for the link, I got confirmation that my line was indeed paid.
The link simply advised me to turn off my box for a while ^^

And if that didn't work, to call the eternal 3244, who wouldn't have helped me.

Anyway, my problem is solved! I'm going to correct my phone number now, and retrieve all my IDs :)

Thank you!
