Unable to respond to vivastreet ads

Hello,
I haven't been able to reply to ads on vivastreet for a few days now. When I click on the advertiser's email, the page that appears only shows ads instead of displaying the email sending page.
I also can't contact vivastreet to ask for help. The captcha code that you need to enter to send any message to vivastreet does not appear (a small red cross instead).
I either have a problem connecting to their site, or I’ve been blocked for some unknown reason.
Can you help me?

I'm very angry at these girls who think they can do whatever they want; they want money and more money... Nowadays, people do anything on the internet (fake, paid dating sites, premium-rate numbers...) In short, we shouldn't trust anyone anymore... I call these people hypocrites, scams. They mock and take advantage of you as they please. Look, two weeks ago, I was supposed to have a date with a woman, and of course, she didn't show up, so let's stop it already, let's be serious...
I have XP and IE 6 and it works. What version of IE do you have? IE 6.XXX.XXX...
Also maybe try clearing your cache, your cookies?

Thank you for helping me. I don't know what my IE version is, and I don't know where to find it...
On another note, my cookies are cleared, I even did a system restore - which I later canceled - because it had no effect...
Actually, my problem might be related to an issue I had connecting to MSN. I followed some recommended steps to fix it, I cleared my cookies and files (and it took some time)... my MSN is working again.
Could it be because of the deleted files? I thought of canceling the recognition of the vivastreet site from my PC's hard drive and then re-registering... but I don't know where to find the file name to do that...
As you can see... I don't know much about PCs...
I've just noticed that vivastreet no longer recognizes me, as it doesn't send me those authorization messages to view the "meeting the next day" tab...

When I contact you about my problem, I'm told that it's because of my computer, even though I've tried on my 4 computers and at my neighbor's, my mother's, and friends have looked at the home care ads and the page freezes. We really need to talk to your technical team. I've been bringing a lot of people to your site for 3 years, and I realize that our phone calls are not taken seriously by you!!! I'm very disappointed!
