Hello everyone!

So here it is, my problem is simple, but not easy to solve; the proof is, I still haven't managed to do it! I would like to unsubscribe from Vivastreet, delete my account, but it seems to be impossible! In the personal information tab, there is nothing that refers, closely or remotely, to the account management for putting it on standby. Moreover, I've searched a lot, and I can't find anything at all, no command allowing me to perform the famous operation.

Could someone help me ^^? Oh dear, the internet, right! We think we know how to use it, and in fact, no, there’s always something that surprises us :)

  apparently you need to give them a little nudge...either call them or write to them and demand that they unsubscribe you (make sure to include your identifiers)

You just need to delete all ads and alerts, then go to the personal information section of the account and change the email address to a fictitious one, put a fictitious name, and enter a fictitious city. Also, delete your phone number if it is listed and finally uncheck the newsletter if it is checked, then validate!

To check if it worked, simply click on "forgot password" in the login section and enter your email box, and an error message will state that the email address is not part of the system and that the address has been deleted!

We are forced to do this; there are no other means to delete an account!

are you asking for the removal and blocking future emails if it does nothing?
I believe there were unsubscribe links in the emails, but that must be only for the newsletter.

  it's becoming useless vivastreet
  I have never been able to unsubscribe either, despite the numerous emails sent to the contact section!!
  on top of that, they linked my facebook account to vivastreet and I can't find the option to remove the link!! useless beyond belief

To unsubscribe from vivastreet, you need to click on "Contact us" on the website and then leave a message stating that you want to unsubscribe. It is vivastreet's responsibility to delete the account. There you go, I hope I have helped you, good luck.

Yes, just unsubscribe emails for the newsletter, but for the account itself! But you’re right, nothing about unsubscribing in the legal notice... hmm, I see... I’ll read everything again to be absolutely certain...

Hello Patou, there's a very simple way to do it: just call the number 0975178850 and explain your problem. It happened to me too, and within fifteen minutes, the person who answered me had deleted everything for free. This number belongs to Vivastreet.
