Hello,
I have an installation problem with my DWA-111 Wi-Fi key... installation error and the key is recognized but does not work.
It's the original CD that came with the DIR-301 router... impossible to get it to work, and moreover, I can't find anything on the D-Link France website.
I really want to insult them... but I'm holding back...
I'm also looking for the "Click'n'connect" software...
Thank you for your help... for once, it's my turn to need it.

In fact, I just found the solution but it cost me a format...
There's the router driver to install and there's the driver for the key,
On the main computer, you need to install both and on the secondary computer, you also need to install both drivers otherwise, it won't work.
On the secondary computer, I only needed to install the key driver, which I did... which blocks the operation of the key if the router driver is not previously installed (even if the router is not physically connected (since this is the secondary computer)).
So, you have to respect the installation order and everything works perfectly.
Otherwise, the key is recognized but doesn't work, this also generates installation traces that block all possible proper functioning of the wifi network. Even uninstalling the key driver, installing the router driver, and then reinstalling the key driver doesn't work. The key is connected but that's it, no LED lights up and no wifi.
Conclusion: Respect the installation order and install everything on any secondary computer (desktop or laptop) even if it will only ever have the key connected.
See you later.
