Issue with the WAN miniport (PPPOE)

Hello,
So until 2 hours ago I had internet with a so-called high-speed connection (about 2.9 gigas) and suddenly nothing, except a very low speed.
When I connected to the internet, I activated the broadband port via the WAN miniport (PPPOE) which gave me a good speed.
My problem is, when I try to connect my PC tells me it's trying to connect and then after 30 seconds it indicates an error 678 and then attempts to reconnect but to no avail...
I attempted to reinstall my Alice Box => to no avail, it tells me (the installation wizard) that my PC does not detect my Alice Box, please unplug your ethernet cable and restart the process... anyway, as I told you, to no avail...
Question:
What should I do?
Is it my PC that has a problem?
Is it my Alice Box that has a problem?
Should I format my PC?
Anyway HELP because I don't know what's going on.

I just saw a problem you solved that is practically the same as what happened to me,

Could there be a connection between the three? However, the error number indicated is 815 in Belgium
