Printing format problem

Hello,
I own a Canon G650 printer.
When I want to print in A4 format, my photo is printed with a 50% reduction.
I don't understand, I make all the requested adjustments.
What should I do to solve this problem?

    Hello Gege5314

    If your photo is reduced by 50% when printing on A4, check the print settings in your software or application: select "Actual size" or "100%" instead of "Fit to page" or "Fill page".
