Hello,

Having replaced my ASTON SIMBA 202 demo with a STARSAT 4200, I encountered the following problem:
The antenna, equipped with a positioner, was aimed at satellite A when the demo was changed.
The issue I have is as follows: The antenna doesn't rotate if I switch satellites. It's as if the positioner is not detected. The antenna positions itself on satellite A whether I choose a channel from satellite A or satellite B. Also, the signal level and quality indicated are the same for both satellites.
Knowing that I have checked both chosen satellites A and B in the satellite list (for example), and that the positioner is set to DiSEqC 1.2.

What settings do I need to make for my antenna to rotate?

I know it's a bit of a puzzle, but I hope I have been clear. I remain at your disposal for further explanations.
Thank you to those who will guide me.

NB: The positioner is not stuck as I can turn it with my old demo.

    Hello,

I am encountering an installation problem,

I changed my receiver by replacing an old Echostar with a Starsat 4000, the problem is that I don't know how to make it work with an already installed v box

What should I put in the antenna installation menu?
    And in LNB config?

Can someone explain the procedure to save satellite positions

    Thank you

    Hi

I was able to set up my demo with the positioner. I was able to record the position of 2 satellites, but I am not receiving a signal to lock onto the 3rd satellite (it detects the signal from one of the other 2 satellites).

    Can someone help me please?
