Demo STARSAT SR6X4200D help me set it up

Hello,
my demo displays LNB short-circuit! and has been doing so since last night. I was watching normally when suddenly everything froze and nothing is working anymore; I am no longer receiving any signal. What is the solution? What should I do? If someone could help me, that would be nice, and thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    you must have a problem with your satellite dish or with your antenna cable.

    I have a Starsat SRX4200 D Super demo and since I flashed it with the firmware from May 19, 2008, I have the TPS and Multi channels but I no longer have Berbere TV, even though I entered the codes from May on Seca.

    Is there something I might have forgotten or do I need another code?

      NO, YOU HAVE TO ENTER THEM MANUALLY, BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO FIND THEM.
