Issues logging in to the Orange mobile portal

Hello,
I have a problem for the past few days.
When I try to log into my mobile portal on the Orange website... When I need to identify myself... the Orange manager appears directly. The next window appears! "Change user... Select the user you wish to use."
Therefore, I cannot access the Orange mobile portal.
Do you have a solution?

I had the same problem, unresolved by Orange.
If you have Norton antivirus, disable the anti-phishing temporarily while logging in.
Don't forget to restart Internet Explorer before trying to log in.
The problem exists with Norton, I've checked and resolved it, but likely also with others.

Thank you for your reply. I use Avast as my antivirus and I have already tried disabling it, but unfortunately it still doesn't work!

Hi, to start off, get rid of Avast which does nothing... switch to ESET or Kaspersky or others, then disable it during identification, it works.
