Pb entre 3 poste w98 bnc et hub rj45 wxp

j'ai 3 postes reliés par cable bnc (2 win95/1win98) qui fonctionnaient bien..En voulant relier un portable dell tournant sous winXP monté d'une sortie rj45, j'ai pas pu installer (en branchant a travers un hub 8 ports mais possedant une sortie bnc derriere)
Incompatibilité Xp et 95/98 ?
