Bonjour,
Je suis un novice question informatique, j'ai un virus nommé Trojan-spy.win32@mx qui m'envoye plein de pub pour acheter des antivirus comme BestSellerAntivirus, StorageProtector... Je n'ai plus de fond d'écran Active Desktop ne peut pas ce réactiver et plus de panneau de configuration. Mais Active Desktop et le panneau de configuration marche en mode sans échec. J'ai Windows XP Edition familiale, est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider a supprimer ce virus.

Alors, s'il te plait, désinstalle le et telecharge et installe Antivir.

Une fois installé, redémarre l'ordinateur en mode sans échec:
# Clique sur Démarrer
# Clique sur Arrêter l'ordinateur
# Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre : clique sur " Redémarrer "
# Appui sur la touche F8 ( ou F5 sur certains PC ) dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît ( puis disparaît ).
# Utilise les touches de direction pour sélectionner le mode sans échec voulu ( " mode sans échec " seul )

Il faut que tu redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec (indiqué plus haut), que tu lances l'antivirus et une fois le scan terminé, tu aura un bouton Report, tu clique dessus et tu enregistres ce document sur ton bureau.
Tu vas sur ce forum ici pour être plus précis (dans ton poste quoi) et copie/colle le contenu en ouvrant le rapport. Tu appuie sur
Ctrl(control)+A->pour tout sélectionner puis
Ctrl + C-> pour copier. ensuite tu vas dans ton poste et tu fais
Ctrl + V-> pour coller.

Alors, Antivir ne l'a pas supprimé!!
On va essayer autre chose:
Telecharge et installe AVG anti spyware. Fais une mise à jour. Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec et lance AVG. S'il trouve des choses, supprime les.

Exécute le, Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport

Telecharge Navilog1:
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.

Pas de problème, c'est normal.
Vu le message de Antivir, je suis à 100% sur de mon coup:
Telecharge Vundofix: http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4
Double-cliquez sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer, puis cliquez sur le bouton "Scan for Vundo".
Lorsque le scan est terminé, cliquez sur le bouton "Remove Vundo".
Une invite vous demandera si vous voulez supprimer les fichiers, cliquez sur YES.
Après avoir cliqué sur Yes, le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers (ne vous inquiétez pas c'est normal !).
Vous verrez ensuite une invite qui vous annoncera que votre PC va s'éteindre (shutdown en anglais) : cliquez sur OK.
Une fois votre PC éteint, redémarrez-le.
Telecharge VirtumundoBeGone, pareil pour désinfecter Vundo/virtumonde

Double-clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suivez les instructions qui s'affichent à l'écran.
Une fois terminé, redémarre ton PC.

Redémarre en mode sans échec et supprime :
C:\WINDOWS\System32\FTRTSVC.exe -> le fichier en gras
C:\Windows\xpupdate.exe -> le fichier en gras
C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR.EXE -> le fichier en gras.
Vide ta corbeille.
Lance un scan avec spybot et AVG anti spyware plus antivir. Tu peux si tu le veux me donner les rapports.

Java n'est pas à jour, il faut que tu le mettes à jour:

Choisir : Windows ( Installation hors ligne ), une fois le fichier téléchargé, tu l'installes sur le PC.
Vérifie ensuite sur ton PC si tu as des anciennes versions ( à supprimer ) :
* Java 2 Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 et versions 6 Update 1 et 2.
* Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_01 ( à 06 ).
Pour supprimer ces versions :
1°) Panneau de configuration > Ajout/Suppression de programmes > SUPPRIMER ( patiente jusqu'à ce que la version en bleu disparaisse ).
2°) C:\Program Files\Java : Supprimer les dossiers concernant les versions de java que tu viens de retirer ( ne conserver que le dossier : jre 1.6.0_03 ).
Repost un rapport avec HJT s'il te plait.

1°) Panneau de configuration > Ajout/Suppression de programmes > SUPPRIMER ( patiente jusqu'à ce que la version en bleu disparaisse ).
2°) C:\Program Files\Java : Supprimer les dossiers concernant les versions de java que tu viens de retirer ( ne conserver que le dossier : jre 1.6.0_03 ).
