Hello,

I'm having an issue with my NTI CD&DVD maker gold burning software that is built into my Acer laptop.

I've never had a problem before this morning; I tried to launch it, and the whole system crashed—a big bug, blue screen with a lot of text that disappeared too quickly to read anything, and the computer restarted itself with system checks!!!
Alright, no panic, I did a system restore, and now I have a different error message that's a bit more "soft," saying: "the CDRW32.BDB database file is missing" when I try to relaunch NTI.

How can I recover this file?

Otherwise, where could I safely re-download NTI, as I haven't found anything reliable on Google....

    I FOUND IT ALL BY MYSELF!!!

    You need to download cdrw32.BDB from http://www.asisupport.com/info_nti_cdmaker.htm and not open the file on your desktop, then you will place it in your NTI cd maker folder

    An example of the path is C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD-Maker

    I have the same problem as everyone else. I used to like this program; it was interesting. Why can't we have it anymore? I can't find any software to download to create effects and edits. How could I do this? Thank you for the advice. Have a good day, everyone.
