Bonjour,
j'ai toujours le même problème, Spybot ne doit pas avoir enlevé complètement MailSkinner car mes informations tapées sur le web sont "visibles par d'autres utilisateurs", même lors d'une recherche Google.
J'ai repassé Spybot, CCleaner, AVG et BitDefender jusqu'à ce qu'ils ne trouvent plus rien, mais suis toujours infesté.

Salut, ton raport HJTH est propre.
Pas de signe d'infection par Mail Skinner.
Cependant, fais ceci:
-Tu fais un scan en ligne pour identifier les menaces présentes dans ton PC (http://pandasoftware.fr ),
clique sur le bouton "Lancer TotalScan !" (vert foncé),
coche l’option "Full Scan" sous le bouton "Scan Now" (vert foncé),
clique sur le bouton "Scan Now",
installe le Plug-in ou ActiveX demandé au préalable,
copie et colle le rapport obtenu (un page de texte bloc-note).
Pas de signe d'infection par Mail Skinner.

Son rapport semble propre mais il dispose de deux antivirus (risque de conflit)

Cependant, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait encore Norton Antivirus de Symantec réellement installer sur la machine (il n'y pas de fichier en C:\NOrton ou Symantec au début du rapport HJTH).
Ce doit être encore un des nombreux services et fichiers restant après une désinstallation de Norton (malheureusement);
il est en effet difficile de l'enlever définitivement en supprimant tous (il faut le faire manuellement en inspectzant les moindre recoin du PC !).
J'en ai fait moi-même l'expérience.
Son antivirus principal doit donc être BitDefender et i ldouit rester sur son PC des fragments d'un antérieur Norton.
