Since yesterday my Yahoo email address is inaccessible, I’m being asked to validate a recovery address that is blocked because it is very old. How can I log in?

    Only Yahoo can restore a protected account. CCM does not have access to mail servers and procedures. And that’s fortunate because a "workaround" to protections would allow any subscriber to fraudulently use your account.

      Yes, knowing that it is not possible to contact them by any means other than email and that the discussions opened on CCM rarely mention solutions for their subscribers, as the malfunctions on this platform are numerous.

      Furthermore, it is recommended, regardless of the provider, to systematically transmit (and before any incident) in the event of a change of the email address provided at registration (which does not guarantee subsequent troubleshooting).

    I have a clarification to add: my Yahoo mail problem is with my desktop PC, whereas it works on my Android tablet. Is there a way through this path to unlock my Yahoo mail on my PC?
