Hello, I am trying to recover my Yahoo account; all my medical records are stored in my mailbox

I am not, alas, a computer expert, if I make this request it is to recover my medical records, but also to know how to do it for my recovery address.

I am retired and computing isn’t always easy to master.

    You should handle that with the help available on Yahoo.com's support.

    We cannot interact with Yahoo's servers or the various accounts on yahoo.com here on the CCM forum. If I were you, you would need to contact the help available on the site in question, and if that proves ineffective, you’ll have to abandon your account.
