Unable to scan

I can’t scan documents anymore. The frame says: "Select the scanners you want to use from this computer. With supported scanners, you’ll also be able to scan from the control panel." In the Scanners frame there is the drawing of my Canon TS3400 series printer preceded by a square with a "- " inside it and on the line below a blue circle with 5C:62:5A:10:56:EB next to it

    Without screenshots uploaded on a platform, your description is more than difficult to understand!

    Have you tried installing or reinstalling the full driver
