Hello,
When I try to scan a document, I receive the following response: "no scan options. For troubleshooting purposes, refer to the device documentation. press OK". When I press OK, I get nothing.
I inserted the installation CD. Response: "exit", because the hardware is already installed.
I am lost. Thank you for your help...
