External hard drive mounted on another PC with Veracrypt

A few days ago I opened a question about Veracrypt... but I marked it as "RESOLVED", however I have a small follow-up question to submit... Thanks to the moderators to see if it is possible to remove the "RESOLVED" (and include my question below) or if it is appropriate to create a new discussion.

Here is my question :

- External hard drive protected by VERACRYPT

- If I need to change computers, will I be able to open the external hard drive on another PC (by installing Veracrypt on the new device, of course)?
