Hi everyone, I'm reaching out to you today because I have a little problem.
Actually, I'm the one who handles the computer issues when I go to my mother's place, but now I'm facing a problem I've never encountered before.
A few days ago, my little brother took my mother's external hard drive to transfer a game folder from her PC to his, but since that transfer to the hard drive, every time we plug in the external hard drive, the computer crashes; well, I think it's the internal hard drive. Every time we connect the hard drive to the PC, the blue loading circle appears on the screen, and at that point, we can't do anything; the only way to resolve it is to unplug the external hard drive.
So that's the problem, what should we do, please? There are files on the external hard drive that my mother doesn't want to lose.
Thank you.
