Mouse that no longer works

Hello,
My computer’s mouse isn’t working. It’s the built-in mouse, not external. Could you please help me because I can’t do anything without a mouse. My computer is an Acer.
Thank you very much in advance

Hello,
It remains to define what an internal mouse is, unless you are talking about the touchpad.
In some cases, it simply involves switching to the touchpad by clicking the appropriate key or key combination (F10 or CTRL/F10 on my Asus).
If it is a software-related malfunction, you should either use Windows’ repair function:

or perform a restore to a previous state:

In either case, temporarily using an external mouse (to borrow) is recommended.
However, if it is a hardware failure, a visit to the warranty service seems necessary.
If one does not have a minimum of experience with these procedures, repairing a system that does not have a button-press solution, it is better to call upon a qualified person or service.

Thank you very much for your response; it worked with the F10 key.
Have a good day
