Hello,
I bought a Drakkar Heimdall mouse barely a week ago, and suddenly, during use, the side button (button 4) stopped working. I have searched for solutions on several websites without finding similar cases. I tried reinstalling the driver and testing suggested solutions for Corsair mice, but to no avail.
Could someone help me?

If button 4 is no longer responding, it might be defective. Since your mouse is only a week old, it is still under warranty.
