Red CPU LED + Orange RAM LED

Hello, I have a little issue.

I just built a PC and when I turn it on, my motherboard shows the CPU (red) and RAM (orange) LEDs. There's also no display ...

I reordered the components and rebuilt it carefully, but I'm still facing the problem.

I updated the BIOS with a USB drive and CMOS, but nothing changes, the LEDs are still on.

What should I do? Where is the problem coming from? Thank you for your help.

    Good evening,

After consulting your motherboard's documentation, I confirm the information regarding the LEDs:

Could you please let me know which components have been changed?

I look forward to hearing from you and wish you an excellent evening.

I reused the same components to be sure that nothing had been damaged. Motherboard / RAM / CPU / power supply

all compatible yet, I don't understand my issue...

    Hello

my motherboard is showing the CPU(red) and RAM(orange) LEDs

Red CPU LED: poorly mounted CPU, not powered (specific 8-pin connector on the motherboard), not compatible (this is probably not the case here)

Orange RAM LED: incompatible RAM or improperly seated in the slots (must be in A2/B2)

This kind of issue is always a problem with assembly or compatibility, with the first hypothesis being the most likely. One or two photos of the inside of the PC might help catch any omissions.

      Hello,

As for the CPU, the deadlock is that it has been properly installed and checked several times. The doubt was a broken/twisted pin, so I already replaced it with a new one (the same) and the problem is still there.

I thought it might be the RAM causing the CPU to fail. So I did the same by replacing it with a new one of the same product. The problem is still present...
      (all components are compatible)

Regarding the RAM, the installation is done correctly for dual channel. I even tested all the slots with one or more RAM sticks, but nothing has been resolved.

The pins are on the socket, so on the motherboard, it's not always easy to see one that might be bent, but it's very rare on the socket.

Did you have the motherboard replaced? And are the power connections okay? Do you have a dedicated graphics card or are you plugged into the motherboard?

Yes, I also changed the motherboard to the same one. And I changed the power supply as well. CPU with integrated graphics connected and GPU also connected.

Yes, but this is really out of the ordinary; you need to bring your laptop to a specialist so they can test the components independently of each other.
