Red CPU LED on > PC won't start anymore

Hello everyone, so out of the blue my gaming PC stopped working.
I built my desktop PC about 1 or 2 years ago. No issues until yesterday.
I recently bought a graphics card (1 month ago), and I cautiously tried overclocking (CPU + GPU). After some unsuccessful tests (voltage, frequency changes, etc.) through the BIOS for the CPU and another software for the GPU, I ended up using the overclocking suggested by the manufacturers' software. (Much more effective than me^^)
Anyway, today the red LED for the CPU on my Z590 Aorus motherboard is lit.
I try to start my PC, and then nothing is detected:
- Black screen,
- BIOS inaccessible,
- USB ports are not working for the keyboard and mouse, only for charging a phone for example.
- The fans are running without any problem.
- The CPU behaves strangely, it blinks once and then nothing.
I tried several things:
- Clear CMOS via a USB stick + latest BIOS version > didn't work since the stick is not "powered" or detected
- Reset BIOS via the battery + screwdriver on the two pins (works I think because the PC starts right after > but does not solve the problem)
- Removed the graphics card + took out/put back the processor in place
- Checked the wiring but I didn't take everything apart...
I'm wondering two things:
- Is it the processor that failed due to overclocking? I doubt it because I had returned to the base configuration + "automatic" overclocking via Intel software
- Is the power supply acting up? The PC starts, some lights come on (graphics card logo, power button)
Sorry for the novel but I'm trying to be as thorough as possible! If you have any leads I'm all ears!

What do you mean by that?
It would be good to provide all the hardware present. You have a motherboard based on Z590, so you have an Intel processor, but which one?
Burning out an Intel CPU on overclocking is unlikely, unless you're forcing Vcore voltage values beyond normal limits... However, I always check the power supply first; you need to try another one to see what happens. What’s your power supply?

Did you overclock an i7 10700K and a RX 7900XT with a 750W power supply? Seriously?
Well, anyway, you need the right equipment to test it, starting with the power supply, which is already borderline without overclocking. Without the PC in hand, it's impossible; clearly, this is damage caused by uncontrolled overclocking.

Can you elaborate on your amazement regarding overclocking on this setup?
I did some tests but nothing crazy, I didn't apply "insane" voltages.
Aside from my issue, do you think my setup is not ideal regarding the CPU/GPU/PSU? Is 750 Watts not enough?
I will try connecting the monitor to the motherboard while removing one RAM stick and the graphics card to see.
You have used automatic overclocking for the CPU, this process forces the voltages in a chaotic manner, which is unnecessary with an unlocked "K" processor because you just need to increase its multiplier in the BIOS to easily overclock it. Moreover, your power supply is at the minimum recommended with a RX7900XT (750w), for gaming you should rather have 850w, and for CPU and GPU overclocking, a minimum of 1000w. For me, you've burnt something out, with the power supply being the first on the list since it's the easiest to change, and yes, just because the fans are running doesn't mean the power supply is okay.
So, it just takes modifying the coefficient in the BIOS and the voltage adjusts automatically?
Otherwise, I tried connecting the DisplayPort to the motherboard but still no display.
I would be relieved to know that only the power supply needs to be changed and I can understand that it's probably on the edge.

Hello! I'm back to you after doing a few tests.
I bought the Corsair RM1000x 80 PLUS Gold 1000 Watts power supply, and the result is clear:
- Nothing happens anymore
I connect all the right cables, etc., I press the on/off button, the power briefly flows through the PC, then I press the start button and nothing. The fans don't spin anymore, and there's no display on the screen either.
Can we deduce that it's the processor that's faulty? Or even a part of the motherboard?

Weird that it reacts differently anyway.
Check your connections again; it only takes one connector to be a bit off.
Did you properly discharge any static electricity before touching the PC?

Hello, here is my setup:
Processor: Intel Core i7-10700K - 3.8/5.1 GHz
Graphics card: RX 7900 XT AMD 20GB GDDR6
Motherboard: Z590 AORUS ELITE AX GAMING
RAM: Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G32C16U4B 3200 MHz, DDR4, 16GB (8GB x2),
Cooling: MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R RGB
Storage: Crucial P2 CT1000P2SSD8 Internal SSD 1TB
Power Supply: MSI MPG A750GF 750 W 24-pin ATX
In fact, when I press the ON/OFF (I/O) button at the back of the PC, the cooling LED lights up and then turns off (the LED of the cooling thing that sticks to the processor).
If the power supply was dead, would the fans not turn on? Same for the indicators?
