Hello,
Recently, when I open WhatsApp on my tablet (Lenovo), the page keeps closing and opening repeatedly. To stop this, I close the screen with the white dot centered at the bottom and reopen it with the white square (to the left of the white dot), which allows me to close the app, or I restart the tablet. The WhatsApp application is therefore unusable.
Additionally, this problem also occurs on my laptop (Lenovo) with the LibreOffice Writer application; the page starts to shake and I cannot close it, so I use the Task Manager to end the task. A window appears on the screen offering to recover the document, but I have lost the last changes.
How can this be explained and is there a solution?
