Problem importing contacts

Hello,

I want to import contacts from another PC and I never see the contacts after the import.
I did create a CSV file on the source PC that I transfer to the new PC.
then I use the import a file function. It asks where I want to place the file. I say in contacts. Everything goes fine.
Then when I want to send a message, I don't see any contacts.
Do you have any idea?

I'm on Office 2016

    Thank you for the reply.
    But that’s what I’ve been doing many times.
    And every time I don’t find my contacts. Everything is empty.
    And when I want to send a message, it doesn’t find anyone.

    Hello,

    A few years ago I made a tutorial to import contacts into Outlook.

    Outlook hasn’t evolved much, so it may still be relevant, or at least it could give you some ideas.

    It deals with importing contacts from Gmail, but it should be usable in other circumstances, as long as you have the CSV file.
