Hello,

I'm desperately trying to import a PST file onto a new PC via an external hard drive. The process seems to go well, but in the end, I have my contacts, my calendar, and some emails. However, I don't have my folder structure with my folders and subfolders, which contains the majority of my emails from the past 12 years (12GB). I don't have the folders or the emails they should contain either. I've looked everywhere, but I'm far from being a pro at computers, and I don't understand where the problem lies.

I still have access to the original PC just in case.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Maybe you are not using the correct view because by default, Outlook displays the: mail view.

    Try the: folders view.

      Hello,

I can see the folder panel on the left. I can create new ones, but the ones I imported do not appear.

In both views: mail and file, the folder pane is visible on the left. The "file" view is complete while the "mail" view is more limited.
