Unable to type with the keyboard

Hello,

I have a problem: my computer thinks that my Ctrl key is constantly pressed. So I’m stuck and I can’t type with my keyboard. I've tried 2 solutions:

1. Pressing both Ctrl keys at the same time.
2. Pressing the Windows key on my keyboard, which opens the Start menu, then pressing it again.

It worked, but it’s temporary. The problem returns after 15 minutes at most.
I would appreciate a response and thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    I think you must have activated the sticky keys; this option makes it so that once you press the Ctrl, Shift, Alt, and other keys, they stay locked. To disable it, press the Shift key 5 times and click on no.
