Hello,

IMPOSSIBLE TO USE MY FIXED PHONE, no more tone?....

However, if I turn off the BOX, then turn it back on, I get the TONE BACK with possible calling, but only once, then no more tone again?...

So for the fixed phone, I have to do the above manipulation every time...

If you have the solution, thank you...

    Hello,

Contact Free for an issue with the Freebox. If possible, test another landline phone on the Freebox.

If the issue persists, it may be the box, to be exchanged.

    Hello,

The Free assistance should take a look at it, but what do you notice on your end regarding the phone connection on Freebox OS?

You can also test the ringtone of your phone to check its connectivity.

And there you go, there it is ....

But my goodness, those line spaces are so annoying!!

      Hi,

a bit short as a reply,

try another RJ11 cord, and if it's the same, request a replacement of the box.
