FREEBOX TELEPHONY NO DIAL TONE

Hello,
I have had the Freebox since December with free access to local and national phone numbers. Everything was working perfectly until I lost the dial tone. I have rebooted several times in different ways, still nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this and were you able to fix the problem yourself? For my part, Free should handle the line, but still! I don't know what to do anymore.

Hello everyone,
So I had the same problem as Laurette: in fact, the internet was working perfectly and the Freebox was displaying the time normally, but for the phone there was no dial tone and those who called me went straight to my voicemail.
But thanks to the aduf site, I solved the problem: it came from the power supply (the kind of transformer that needs to be plugged into a wall outlet), so I took the specifications of mine and went to an electronics store to buy a new one, and miracle, that was it—the phone started working again. Since then, no more problems!
PS During all this time, Free never bothered to respond to any of my emails.

having the same issue, I wanted to know how long it took you to change your power supply
my freebox is 2 months old, it would really be light from free if it broke down...
