    Hello.

Could you please provide us with the exact model of your Dell Inspiron?

In any case, you will need to borrow a computer from someone close, go and get the drivers to put them on USB sticks.

        Link to Dell's driver support:

        https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/fr-fr/product/inspiron-16-7640-2-in-1-laptop/drivers

        Click on "Select drivers"

        Then in what follows:

        - "Category" > choose "Network"
        - "Operating system" > Choose what you have: "Windows 7, 10, 11 or other"

In what will appear below, choose and download the most recent version.

Okay, thank you, and then I plug the key into the computer and start the driver installation.

The problem is that the driver refuses to uninstall, showing a red exclamation mark in the application manager. Is this going to block the new driver?
