I think the memory is full and after entering the startup code, it stays on the logo.

    Hello,

How to reset an Android mobile with a hard reset (Recovery mode)?

If your mobile is completely frozen, or if it crashes as soon as it starts, you obviously won't be able to access the Android settings to perform a "soft" reset or even make a manual backup. In this almost desperate case, the only solution to have any chance of using it again is to restore it to factory settings via Recovery mode. This is a special mode available on all Android devices, somewhat comparable to Windows Safe Mode. Lacking a graphical interface, it only provides access to "low-level" functions of the system and allows you to completely erase everything by reverting to factory configuration.

Your mobile restarts just like on the first day, without any personal content, just as it was when it left the factory. You will just need to reconfigure it entirely, which is straightforward if you use a Google account. If it continues to malfunction, it means it has a serious physical problem. In that case, you should consult a specialized technician or customer service.
