My Android stuck on the boot logo...

Question

Hello everyone,

So, my Android phone brand UCALL Phoenix (but this doesn't matter much) is stuck on the UCALL Phoenix logo.

The problem may come from downloading an app. The app was downloaded but the loading bar remained present.

I also downloaded an app on Aptoide (I know it's not good, but it was just a trial), but it actually turned out to be an ad. I therefore deleted it.

And as I said earlier, the loading bar was still there, so I turned off my phone. And since then, when I turn on my phone, there is the usual UCALL logo that appears first, then the UCALL Phoenix logo.

I've looked into the issue, so I went through the menu (volume and power button) to reboot, but nothing changes. I know I can do a factory reset but I have all my photos, apps...

I'm waiting for your help; I would be willing to try all means: flash... but no data deletion.

You’re asking for a lot without doing a hard reset... now nothing prevents you from contacting them here....... and next time you’d better have, among other things, a microSD now look here ...

I went to the website, but it only offers one solution, which is the hard reset...  So I'm coming back to see if there's a way to access the phone from my PC? And thus retrieve my data for the reset.

Not impossible
the hard reset will completely reset the phone
wipe data cache

To do this (phone off) try holding power and vol + until you reach the recovery menu
then choose wipe data/cache and confirm with yes

All apps and settings will be erased, personal documents like photos and others will remain

Wipe data/Cache is not present.

I have:

-Reboot system now
-Apply update from sdcard
- " " " cache
-Wipe data/Factory reset
-Wipe cache partition
-Backup user data
-Restore " "

I tried Wipe cache partition then reboot but still nothing.

I confirm, I did a factory reset and all my personal documents are indeed present.  So I have backups of my applications, my photos...
