Ulefone Armor X5 Camera Locked

Hello, I have a small problem: the camera on my Ulefone Armor X5 is stuck. It's not taking pictures anymore. However, the selfie mode works. It’s relatively new. Thank you for responding if anyone has a solution.

    Similarly, I am very embarrassed, I bought the ARMOR X5 for its robustness, but here I am without a camera and without a flashlight.. robustness, 0 out of 10!!!

    I reset the phone, no more message saying there is one problem but the selfie function....

      Same problem, just selfies and no more flashlight. The functions on the back of the phone became inactive after 2 months! Customer service talks about drops of the phone!? For a phone that's advertised as rugged, there must be another explanation...

        Hello, owner of an Armor X5 since April as well, I have the same issue, broken since mid-July, tried everything and nothing works. Who managed to contact customer service, thank you, and who would have a solution?

    I had exactly the same problem, I bought the Armor X5 at the beginning of January, after a month the device was stuck, sent it for repair, returned repaired about 3 weeks later, at the beginning of June I took the phone out of my pocket, screen cracked, customer service offered me a 25% discount on the purchase of another phone, I ordered the same one thinking I had just gotten a bad batch, and last Saturday it happened again, device stuck, I contacted customer service and they refunded me without documentation.
    I think there is a major defect with the Armor X.

    Hi, I have some news. I called Amazon's customer service, it's a 2-year warranty. I need to buy a new phone, then I'll return the defective phone and they'll refund me. In my opinion, we might have just gotten a bad batch.

    Hello, same for me with the Armor X5, after 2 months of use following a small fall (less than a meter), it’s impossible to use the camera and the flash/torch (Unable to open the torch, check if the device is busy).

    I reset the phone, but the issue is still persistent, even in safe mode it doesn't work.

    Now when I open my camera, the flash is grayed out and only the front camera works, I no longer have the option to choose between the front and rear camera. Before I could choose but the image was all blurry and frozen for the rear camera.

    If anyone can solve the problem, I'm interested.

      I switched phones, I went for the Oukitel WP6, which is slightly more expensive and a bit larger, but I have no complaints; it works great. Good luck.
