Hello,
I'm encountering several issues with my laptop, including a major one: automatic repairs that trigger regularly and last for hours without resolving the issue.
I also think I received an alert indicating an error related to the disk drive, with a suggestion for repair or analysis. However, I haven't yet had access to that alert message to find out more.
I understand that I need to intervene to resolve this problem, but I would like to know if it is possible to disable the automatic repair. Indeed, it proposes to run multiple times, and if I don't respond quickly, it starts automatically.

To disable Windows 10 automatic repair, use the command prompt via the advanced options and run the command:
bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No.
Then restart your PC to check if the issue is resolved.

If you are in Windows, download CrystalDiskInfo first

If Windows won't start and you have data to recover, from a working PC, you can download the ISO file of Hiren's Boot CD PE (WinPE)

And Rufus
Create a bootable USB drive of Hiren's Boot CD PE using Rufus
If the PC is old, you need to create the drive in MBR mode
If it's recent (Windows 8 or higher) in GPT mode for EFI
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu
You can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
Use (In Hiren's Programs) under Hard Disk Tools > Diagnostics > CrystalDiskInfo and see if the disk is detected as Good.
Copy data if possible (Copy>Paste = Copy>Paste)
If the disk is marked as Good by CrystalDiskInfo, install Windows, otherwise replace it.

Is the PC too old for Windows 11?
Then all that’s left is to install Windows.
From another PC, use the MediaCreationTool to download an ISO file of Windows 10 (For another PC). For Windows 11, if compatible, you can download it directly, to create a USB drive of 8GB or more to upgrade, repair, or install Windows

When you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a bootable USB drive with Rufus...
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu key
Choose “Custom Installation” (Not upgrade)
No need to format if there’s space, if there are data, they will end up in a Windows.old folder (Which will automatically be deleted after 10 days)
Install on the same partition, or optionally, delete all system partitions and create a new one (Deletes the data).
