Instagram connection issue

Hello,

I have a big connection issue on Instagram! Even though I've reset the password, I am being asked for a code that is either 6 digits or 8 digits, and I have nothing on DUO Mobile (my Insta account is disabled on that app) or on Google Authenticator...) 

I tried to verify with the video selfie requested by Insta, but that doesn't work either... I'm looking on Meta Business but I can't find any tab to help me...

If someone can help me solve this huge problem, it would be amazing,
