No more display of the program guide with TNTSAT

Hello,

With TNTSAT, I have a satellite dish pointed at the ASTRA satellite with a SAGEMCOM HD91 decoder (software version Vx6.2.0). I have no reception issues with the channels, but I have no display of information on any of the channels (empty EPG). I have the same problem with another SAGEMCOM DS81HD decoder. Does anyone have any idea?

    Same problem for 3 days. I think it's coming from TNTSAT because it seems to work on free foreign channels.

    Same for me since November 12, 2025, so I think it comes from them. Some time ago, it did the same thing and then came back. Thank you for your information.

    Identical problem on a Humax TN8000HD decoder! ????

    Let’s hope that TNTSAT will quickly fix this issue...

    For some time now, the EPG has been showing all sorts of nonsense ????
