same problem. Payment by check on February 9, cashed on February 20, still nothing received on April 14.

an explanation at each phone contact:
--> delays of 4 to 5 weeks if paying by check? the online order being defective (unable to enter my locality on their server)
--> the delay extends to 6 weeks???
--> sending a letter ....no response!
--> shortage of card production!
--> the card was sent on February 20???
-- > before last call no one to answer after the summary above§§§
-- > last call 04/14 they will send it to you as soon as possible. no response on the term "asap"§

Only remedy ... sending a registered letter at the end of the week stating a complaint to the district court

Note: TNT acknowledges the cheque cashing!

I have come to the same conclusion. I'm ditching TNT SAT from my life and switching to FRANSAT. That's what I told the call center multiple times, adding that if they keep going like this, TNT SAT would lose many customers and the operators would end up unemployed... When you’re shuffled around for weeks, then months, you end up saying just about anything.

After numerous failed attempts to renew my TNT Sat card, I bought a Fransat decoder for €99 at Leroy Merlin.
Directing my satellite dish toward the Eutelsat 5WA satellite at the 5° West position.
And watching French channels for life (no card renewal needed).

Same problem. Card paid for and never received. Advisors unable to respond.

I’m waiting for my card, supposedly sent on June 23rd; today is July 27th and I’m told to wait until the end of the week because there were problems!

So go to your bank account or straight to the bank, check and edit the information about this payment.

You will have the transaction number, the date, the status, the beneficiary ...

And there you contact them again, everything will be clear and they will do what is necessary.

but look into the research fees of your bank first....they can go up to tens of euros!!!

putting 20 or 30€ for a debit of 15€??? (apart from the principled question)

Payment on April 12, 2018 and after 2 telephone calls and apparently 2 card shipments, still nothing received by June 15, 2018, i.e., more than 2 months. A lamentable service and impossible to contact by electronic means.

Finally, after 3 mailings, we realized that the fault lay with the Post Office. The postal workers who often change positions ignored the new addresses assigned in 2017 and did not bother to find the route or the residents. Thus TNT Sat informed us that the Post Office had replied that we did not exist. After going to the Post Office, the postal clerk came on the same day to discover a route and residents that she had ignored since January 2018.

You need to check with your bank who is the real beneficiary of the transaction.

With TNTsat you should be able to resolve the issue
or
a fake site, a scam that pretended to be TNTsat, and there it will get complicated.
