Problem with tntsat engel rs 3200

Hello, my Engel RS 3200 terminal informs me that it doesn't have the same PIN code as the card provided in the package, and I can't seem to find that damn PIN code! Help, I'm losing it; I've been working on this for two days and the kids can't sit still!

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.3

      The PIN code is not written anywhere, just ask customer service (phone 01 60 63 76 50) try 8421. Have a nice day.

      The default PIN for the VIACESS card is: 0000,
      the terminal PIN is 8421.
      Please note that to harmonize the PINs, the system will reject
      0000 and 8421 which are already reserved.

    Hello, could someone tell me the sequence of buttons on the remote to navigate to the "factory reset"? (menu, down, down, OK, etc...)

    I have a problem because there is no picture on my terminal... although everything else seems to be working. I can only navigate the menu blindly, so thank you for your help.

    The terminal is asking me for a 4-digit PIN, but there are 11 digits on the card. I've tried the first 4 and the last 4, and that's not it; I only have 3 attempts left!

    Nothing is written on the notice, and the PIN code is incorrect with 0000 or 1234!

    On the ENGEL RS3200 model, the default PIN code is 0000.
    By entering this code 0000 for the first time, it opens the PIN code entry for you to input your choice. Enter it a second time to validate it. Be sure to note it down for after-sales service. Best regards.
