User guide for my MOOVE TV
Hello,
I have a Moove television in my camper van that has been working well until now. Recently, when I turn it on, it goes to the user guide. I follow the prompts, scan for channels, and when I get a good reception percentage, I press OK and then EXIT twice as usual. Before, I would end up on my channel, but now I keep going back to the user guide, and it loops like that. Could you please tell me how to exit this page? I've tried EXIT, but nothing happens. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
Try unplugging the power supply, wait a quarter of an hour, and then reconnect it.
If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial setup" (check the menu), but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.
