On Alcatel F860 screen: "0 line"

Hello,

I have a problem with my Alcatel F860: since this morning, after a few manipulations to find a contact, the screen displays: "0 line" and I can no longer call any contacts! What should I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

    I assume you entered the directory and accidentally deleted everything...

    Does pressing OK not allow you to get out of there?

    Have you tried removing the batteries for a good minute and then putting them back in (be careful of the polarity)?

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

    Hello baladur 13,

    I followed your advice: button ok, take out the batteries for 3 minutes, put them back in respecting the polarities, nothing works!!! And my directory is intact!

      Try unplugging the base (power and telephone line) for a good minute as well.

    Good evening baladur 13,

    Indeed, after unplugging the power supply and box connection for several minutes, upon reconnecting, the message "0 lines" disappeared and I was able to call a contact.
