Hello,

Indeed, once I click on the Menu button, I click on Contacts, nothing happens, as I cannot save a number and name, which explains it,

however, the call log remains completely empty, even though I was contacted earlier.

Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

    Good news: it's resolved!

I went into the livebox administration panel, deleted the phone and reinstalled it,

    tested it, it's okay,

to conclude I can go into the call log.

      Hello,

I don't really see the connection between the journal and the Livebox directory and the phone directory; the two are theoretically independent.

    Hello,

For the directory, it's probably due to a procedure that was carried out incorrectly. Here is the more detailed procedure for the F330.

As for the call log... you need to check how it is programmed.

It can record all calls or only missed calls. If you answered and the setting is on "Missed," then it’s normal for the log to remain blank.

    See

The notice for the F330 (it does not address call blocking)

This is what I asked you to do... check the call log schedule,

Sorry, I didn't take the elevator down.

The + button is indeed in the center, between OKmenu and Cint?

    If yes, nothing at all.

The + key is indeed the central key (the browser) + is upwards - downwards

Short click or long click, nothing at all.

      My sincerest apologies

to access the call log you need to press the # key (long press)

Alcatel, with its incomplete manuals, does not promote an understanding of how it works.

It is true that I worked on "guesswork," but in any case, everything is now functional, both the call log and the directory, by the way.

Happy Sunday, Brupala, as well as to the other staff members :)

Sorry... but with the incomplete instructions it's impossible to find the solution...

Only testing can solve the problem...

If the phone is new... check with the seller
