Emails received wider than the screen

Hello, I regularly receive emails where the width exceeds the screen horizontally, meaning that the line break does not occur. These emails always come from the same source.

Where is the error, on the sender's side or on my side? How can I fix this?

Ask your sender the question since it's always the same source. Has he changed his email settings?

Hello,

If such a sender can't be bothered to write correct sentences with line breaks, there's not much we can do; the email software can't invent non-existing paragraph marks.

Some email programs, however, have an option to limit the display to a certain number of characters per line, which you can check in the settings of the one you're using.

Regardless of the software, if the reception is set to plain text, copying the entire message into Notepad allows you to check the automatic line break option.
