Hello,
No matter where the recipient is located, the email will be received regardless of their country.
In fact, when sending an email between two people in France, there is a good chance it will pass through abroad.
In short, the email travels through pipes and doesn't care about the country it's in.

You put the person's email address in the recipient field, just as if the person were in your country.
