Hello,
I can no longer access my emails. I have a new window asking for my username and password, unlike before when I was only asked for my password. I fill it in, and nothing happens. I keep trying again. I end up on the window that says INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THIS WEBPAGE. I'm fed up. This has been going on for several days. I don't know if I have any emails, anyway. I think I'm going to change my provider.

Alice informs me that I will not receive any email for 15 days.
I had not received any email at my Alice address since November 8. I just contacted them: 3 times 15 minutes of waiting. Finally, a representative tells me that it's normal, and indeed:
- there is a general maintenance issue,
- no, no customer was notified,
- the problem will probably last 15 days !!!!,
- it is normal not to be able to retrieve emails on the aliceadsl.fr server since there is an issue and no alternative solution has been planned,
- he does not know what the sales department plans in terms of compensation for the damage,
Finally, to "not waste my time any further," he hung up.
While waiting to organize my departure to another ISP, I am sending a copy of this email to various media outlets to get things moving at ALICE.

I called Alice yesterday (10 minutes of waiting). Maintenance at the national level until ... November 20th!!!! It should gradually resolve... Technician's advice: when sending a message, copy and paste the message!! You should already have access to the service!!! There you go, that will save you from calling Alice and hanging around for this info...

I can’t read my emails anymore either, I’m fed up with Alice. For a customer service call, 10 minutes of waiting and still! You repeat your phone number 4 times just to be told that it will come back in a few days, and on top of that, I no longer have my contacts! I’m canceling this subscription because I’ve only had problems with this internet provider.

Obviously, I didn't provide my email address, but for me, it's even worse—I no longer have access to my emails; my emails have disappeared from my account! My TV function has vanished from my account, and I've been paying €34.95 a month since 2007! I obviously called, and on the phone, there are only incompetent North Africans with the chit-chat of the homeland, but nothing more than excellent at selling a burqa, but for everything else, please Mr. Tiscali, hire Indians; at least they know their trade! And the same programmed response, "we're undergoing maintenance!" I wrote to three different places simultaneously: customer service, technical support, and quality, and received no response from them!
We are certified at my job; clearly, complaints are not handled the same way at Tiscali/Alice, but do they even know what certified means????
Now I'm sure that Alice is a beautiful leech who has drained my money! The worst part is that I didn’t even enjoy myself!

I completely agree with you, and yet... I'm blonde and my partner is African!!! But I'm fed up with all these robots that just recite a script by heart that they clearly don't understand! It's really a joke! But will it be better when they migrate to FREE? I've had all sorts of problems since I became a subscriber! What would you say to a massive protest from all the dissatisfied Alice customers?

The login problem comes from the fact that the big piece of crap called FREE is in charge of migrating the addresses.

- Home 2/3 rejected for non-recognition.
- no opening of attachments and return to the homepage instead of the message list.
- impossible to send a reply to a message.
- back to the previous page = return to home.
- no more files or address book.
- incoming mails that are not flagged after contact with the senders.
- TPH on 1033 this morning.... "problem solved by the end of the week", same response as 15 days ago....

idem, hi, since 11:30 this morning I can no longer access my Alice email, first advice, call and cancel, second as soon as you have the solution, you give it to me too, but above all, you open another email account and transfer all your data to it, it can be the safest way to keep your contacts.

AWFUL, I have been unable to access my professional emails for 2 weeks. It is impossible to reach them by phone, and I've sent a registered letter today.
Moreover, no colleague can open my inbox from their PC either.

Hello everyone: I have the same problem with my inbox since yesterday, I can't access my inbox; I created another address alice, I saw it for a brief moment and then it disappeared; I think they are "messing around" with it and putting us on free, that's why it's bugging; I ran an antivirus because in these cases, that's the first thing to do but nothing. Same for me, I'm told I have 6 pages of emails, and every time I access them, I want to read or delete them, I'm told Internet Explorer cannot open the page.
You can access Alice's emails through Free's webmail ( https://imp.free.fr/ ). We have the ongoing emails but not the folders with the important emails...

Hello. Do you think that this P... of Alice would display a message to indicate the problem? Well, no… Really, taking customers for fools. I opened a box on Gmail. Unlimited space, large mail size, great spam management for free. So I’m waiting for this blonde to let me access my box to recover all my addresses, and goodbye everyone.

and not taking the initiative... I should have thought of that and made my trainer switch earlier...

I sincerely sympathize with those who are struggling, I’m looking for a solution on my side, I have already tried to log in to Free's webmail, imp.free.fr, of course it doesn't work... I haven't tried with Zimbra though, I'm going to do that right now!!!

When I open it, I'm on an inbox page, I no longer have my contacts and my folders.
And yes, since 4 PM, I don't have a phone either..
I noticed that a lot of people have messaging issues, but very few have problems with their phones!

I've been hung up on twice as soon as I said "I no longer have voicemail," less than 45 seconds after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting; it's pathetic. I've been with Libertysurf, then Tiscali, and finally Alice for 13 years, naively believing that loyalty mattered!!!!!
If there's an action to be taken, count me in; as soon as I recover my addresses and email archives, I'm off to SFR or another provider; we'll see. Let's keep each other updated on the situation and stay zen.
