Captcha is blocking my access to the site.

Hello, I'm trying to register at a university, but every time I try to recover my account to access the ENT, an error occurs.
"The robot verification (captcha) has failed, please try again."
However, no captcha appears on the screen; there's just the "protected by reCAPTCHA" icon at the bottom right but nothing else.
I really don't understand, especially since I seem to be the only one having this issue; the site is "https://sesame.ube.fr/?type=mon-compte&page=activer-mon-compte".
And I see you coming, I've already completed my registration, provided the correct information during registration, entered the correct information on the site, disabled Chrome extensions, switched browsers, changed connections, changed devices (3), received the confirmation email, and disabled the antispam function of my email.
But still, it's not working; is there something I'm doing wrong?

Okay, I contacted the university by email and they replied that it was indeed an error on their website, and that I was invited to try again, so now it works, I was able to finalize my enrollment.

I also searched the HTML page of the site, I didn’t find the captcha, well, I found some “fragments,” i.e. the logo, everything that isn’t useful to us, so if you are more competent than me in IT, I advise you to dig into the page (f12 or inspect).

Recaptcha is an automatic control that doesn't always require more intervention; sometimes it just checks a box, and sometimes it asks questions with additional images, but to access the same site with the same device, I have already experienced variations.
I checked the site’s console, and I found a 403 error, in other words, the server is refusing my request, so several solutions (according to my knowledge):
The captcha code is poorly integrated.
There’s a bug in the email validation.
The server’s firewall is blocking me, unlikely since I tried on several different devices.
Or the SESAME server is misconfigured or under maintenance.
