Photos and videos on Google Photos

Good evening
I moved large videos from my Google Photos/app yesterday to a USB drive to save space.
I will check the app and find that they're still present on my phone.
I go to Drive and also find old videos that I've already moved to the same drive a year ago.
What can I do to ensure that the videos are no longer on Google Drive + Photos?

I don't really understand your question! If you've moved videos from your Google Photos to a USB drive, it's normal that they are still on Google Photos. Moving them doesn't delete them. You need to go to your Google Photos, select your copied videos one by one and delete them again. Then, if you want to finalize, go to the Google Photos recycle bin and permanently delete them. At that point, they will no longer be on Google Photos. Make sure they are properly saved on your USB drive before deleting them.
