Issue with editing photos on Redmi Note 12

Hello,

For some time now, when I click on the Edit icon to crop or do something else to a photo, I get a message stating that it's impossible and that I need to install a plug-in.????

And when I click on "download the plug-in", I receive a security alert because the site is not trustworthy????

I would appreciate some help, thank you very much.

    No problem when I bought my phone a month ago, I clicked on the edit icon and made corrections.

    Hello,

    Don't download any plugins. It's better to solve the problem.

    Here are some random tips:

    1) Restart the smartphone,

    2) Clear the browser data along with the cookies. If you're using Chrome, click on the 3 dots at the top right.
    Then click on History and Clear browsing data. Check only Cookies and Cached images and files.

    3) Check the permissions of the image management app.
