Hello,
I signed up for a 3-day trial offer on Jacquie & Michel on 24.10.2019
I realize today that I have been charged 49.94/ since November 27. How can I cancel this unwanted monthly subscription? Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Hello, for those who might find it helpful, unsubscribing from the Jacquie et Michel site does not happen directly on it but rather on the payment site, namely http://payerbest.com/. You just need to log in with your Jacquie et Michel credentials, and you will have access to the different payments and subscriptions already made, allowing you to click on cancellation. A confirmation email regarding the unsubscription is sent immediately afterward. However, deleting the Jacquie et Michel account is done on the site itself. I hope this can help you, good luck to you.

Hello, usually it's a little further down the page, there's a link to unsubscribe. However, if it says that you must unsubscribe by a certain date, you need to wait a day and come back to the site. For example, if it says that the unsubscription can only happen between May 18th and May 20th, you should go on the 19th for it to be processed. I hope I could help you.

Hello

First of all, thank you in advance for your help.
I registered yesterday at exactly 6:11 PM as indicated by the email I received from them confirming the activation of my account.
I obviously want to unsubscribe from this site which is a big scam, but I keep reading here and there that even that is a scam with them.
It says (in very small print of course): "Renewal:
The subscription is renewable under Article 1214 of the Civil Code for a period of 14 days at 29.8 EUR.
You have the option to terminate this renewal online after the first day without losing the benefit of it, and in any case, no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the end of the subscription period.

You remain subscribed until the end of your subscription. When you are subscribed, an unsubscribe link appears on the page for updating your information."
My question is, will I be able to unsubscribe from the site tonight at 6:11 PM as you seem to say in your comment?
Thank you very much, signed a naive person in stress who is not rolling in money.
