Hello, for those who might find it helpful, unsubscribing from the Jacquie et Michel site does not happen directly on it but rather on the payment site, namely http://payerbest.com/. You just need to log in with your Jacquie et Michel credentials, and you will have access to the different payments and subscriptions already made, allowing you to click on cancellation. A confirmation email regarding the unsubscription is sent immediately afterward. However, deleting the Jacquie et Michel account is done on the site itself. I hope this can help you, good luck to you.
Hello
I wanted to share my misadventure with this crummy site
On my side, I wanted to take the 3-day test, which was quickly charged to my account. I didn't like the site at all, so I wanted to cancel this renewable subscription because after these 3 months, it goes to 49 euros. It's also worth noting that when you sign up, you also subscribe to a hot video site, so make sure to cancel that as well.
I first did that (the video site subscription is normally sent by email, and as far as I remember, it’s easy to unsubscribe). As for Jacquie and Michel Contacts, it's a whole different story. When I try to log into the site to cancel the renewal, it often redirects me to a dating site (Afriqueproximeety.com). So I’m going to try on payerbest.com, which handles the transactions. There, I see the details of my subscription but no way to cancel it (the site states that it can take 24 hours, but I don't have time for that). So I call them, and a person answers me. I explain that I want to cancel the automatic renewal and terminate my contract. The person tells me they will send an email to the consumer service of the site and that I will receive a response within 72 hours. I can't believe it, knowing that I have less than 72 hours to put an end to it, it seems very complicated. Well, I got a bit heated on the phone, telling them that if nothing was done during the day, I would file a complaint against the service. I finally managed to get to the Jacquieandmichel contact site and I managed to find the customer service email "***@***".
I sent them an email (with username, email address, invoice number, and subscription date) explaining the situation, telling them that if another charge were to occur at the end of the 3 days, I would file a complaint against them. It's unnecessary to say that the response was very quick, telling me that the subscription would not be renewed. I then returned a little later to the payerbest.com site and there we can see that the renewal has indeed been stopped. I'm still going to inform my banker to block any strange withdrawals if there are any since the emails clearly state that the subscriptions have been canceled; one can never be too cautious.
I hope this can help others who have had this bad experience, as it is true that one can easily get caught out.
Good luck

Oh yes, sorry, the adult content subscription is on "2pay.fr" with the same username, you can request the cancellation in the same way, there you go.
Okay, I just did what you said. I logged in with the same credentials as for Jacquie et Michel, and it said below that the auto-renewal of your subscription has been successfully stopped and that a confirmation email will be sent. Is that good? Or do I need to send an email to customer service altogether???
Hello, I made the same mistake as you yesterday; I signed up on this site (I wonder how it can still exist). After an hour, I realized it was all fake, anyway.
Today, in the panic of all the forums saying it was very hard to unsubscribe, I got really panicky, especially since by signing up, they registered me for 2 other things, each costing $49...
I logically managed to unsubscribe by going to "their partner" payuever.com, where I was able to unsubscribe, and for their video thing (-18), I had to go to some interachat thing, I managed to delete my account and they sent me a confirmation email, but I'm still not reassured; I'm imagining that they've signed me up for other things. I hope I'm wrong.
It's the first and last time I sign up for something like this; I thought, well J&M is supposed to be something serious...

Hello, as for me, I was refunded. I sent an email to the transaction site payerbest.com, they asked me for the withdrawal form which I sent back immediately, and the next day they emailed me confirming the cancellation and the refund. That's it.
Hello, I did what was stated in their terms, which is to fill out their withdrawal form and send it to their email. Did you do the same? And if they don't accept the withdrawal, if I make an opposition, can they really file a complaint and then go to court? I am really very stressed about this, normally they shouldn't if I filled out the withdrawal form, right?
Hello
Apparently the same issue seen in CCM Droit/Finances. I haven't read everything so it should be consulted.

See you...

So I waited 24 hours after paying (before that, the option doesn’t show up, they’re crafty) and you have to go to the account, in the subscription tab, there’s a small note somewhere that says something like "do not renew" and then you just need to follow the steps.
I received an email afterwards that told me I was unsubscribed, I went to check on http://payerbest.com/ and it was fine.
I think that if I had waited longer I would have had to send a letter or something...
Their site is totally crappy, big disappointment, I only came across robots OR escort/cam girls who want to make money by taking videos of you and blackmailing you (I didn’t fall for it but it can happen) or directing you to paid sites.
DON’T GO THERE!!
Nothing to take (unfortunately without bad wordplay), everything to throw away.
I'm going to go flirt in bars since they’ve reopened, that will always work better!

I sent an initial email on their transaction site "payerbest.com"; I think it's better than through their own site, stating that I wanted a refund. Then they replied asking me to resend the form, which I did immediately, and the next day I received an email saying that they would refund me and unsubscribe me from their site. Then, three days later, I had the money in my account. Yes, I think you can dispute it because filing a complaint for such a small amount, in my opinion, they won't want to incur legal fees for something so trivial.
Thank you so much for your reply, you reassure me so much. I did exactly as you said and they told me that they had deleted my account and my subscription had been canceled and I also got refunded. But what worries me now is that yesterday I was looking at conversations from people like here and there are some people who had unsubscribed too, but in the following months they were still charged 49.93. So maybe they had subscribed to other services on other sites that they hadn’t noticed, I don’t know. In any case, they opposed this, and I hope that won’t happen to me. What do you think, Gregre? Have you had any other issues with charges since then? I would really like to stay in touch with you about this if possible, and if you don’t mind, do you have an email address you could share? Because I want, as I repeat, I am very stressed about this and I would like to know if they will charge me again next month or not, and I would also like to know from your side.
Thank you so much once again for your reply.

! I had signed up on Jaquie et Michel and a few days later I received a charge for adult content, so I requested a refund which was done immediately, and after that, I blocked my card. That's it!!! An email to customer service would be preferable.
Me, Flo, I made an opposition after receiving a cancellation response from JM, but it wasn't even written for adult content, so for this site, I don't know, I hope they won't do anything. However, I need to know, when you went to 2pay.fr, did you enter the same credentials you had on JM and did it find a subscription for adult content, is that it?
I had this issue too with the 49.90, but it was through another site that registered itself magically when I was signing up on Jaquie et Michel. Normally it's "payreal," if I'm not mistaken. If I'm wrong, you will see the same. I was refunded and blacklisted from their site.
Good evening,
I made the same mistake as you by signing up..
I noticed at the bottom of the subscription page of J&M contact (the very small gray text) it says:
10-day trial offered on the V.O.D (Video on Demand) site "Contenu-adulte.com". At the end of the 10-day trial, if you are satisfied, the trial will convert into a 30-day subscription for €49 that automatically renews every 30 days. To cancel the trial, go to InterAchat.com. Leaving the site or closing the page is not enough to stop your trial.
Therefore, I would like to unsubscribe to avoid losing €49, but I can't connect to interachat.com
Does anyone know how to do it??
Thank you

Yes, they are exactly the same, but it's not related to the JM site. Anyway, there's no clause stating that he would file a complaint, and besides, it's nonsense; they won't do it.
I thought about it.
But I read yesterday with the link you sent me that I could expose myself to legal action.

Same situation as you @flo, they only refunded me for Jacquie et Michel but not for adult content. As for all those other sites where they subscribe us without asking anything, how can we know if they have subscribed us if we don't receive any withdrawals? Like me, because I opposed just after the Jacquie et Michel issue, you understand? So now I find myself in a situation where I don’t know if they signed me up for something else before my opposition, and if that's the case, well, I'm actually in deep trouble because they will file a complaint, right? What do you think, Gregre? I’m sorry to bother you with this, but it’s very stressful. Thank you so much for your patience.
Hello, I finally found the solution to this problem, phew.
1 - log in to straceo.com
2 - go to the subscription tab
3 - select the subscription in question
4 - scroll down a bit and click on cancel the subscription
5 - click on the email that was sent to you
6 - enter the last 4 digits of your credit card and the expiration date to verify your identity
7 - return to the subscription tab on straceo.com, the canceled subscription should appear in yellow
(ps: remove your credit card from straceo)
Hurry up and cancel.

First of all, thank you in advance for your help.
I registered yesterday at exactly 6:11 PM as indicated by the email I received from them confirming the activation of my account.
I obviously want to unsubscribe from this site which is a big scam, but I keep reading here and there that even that is a scam with them.
It says (in very small print of course): "Renewal:
The subscription is renewable under Article 1214 of the Civil Code for a period of 14 days at 29.8 EUR.
You have the option to terminate this renewal online after the first day without losing the benefit of it, and in any case, no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the end of the subscription period.
You remain subscribed until the end of your subscription. When you are subscribed, an unsubscribe link appears on the page for updating your information."
My question is, will I be able to unsubscribe from the site tonight at 6:11 PM as you seem to say in your comment?
Thank you very much, signed a naive person in stress who is not rolling in money.
